91proÊÓÆµ Inc., of the 91proÊÓÆµ, has received a Varco Pruden 2017 Hall of Fame award for the Midwest Tape headquarters and warehouse in Holland, Ohio.
The Varco Pruden Buildings Hall of Fame recognizes projects for innovation and excellence in the integration of Varco Pruden building systems, products, architectural appearance, end use and design. Midwest Tape won in the VP distribution category.
The Midwest Tape campus includes a 34,560-square-foot office and a 100,800-square-foot warehouse. The project used VP Continuous Beam frames, VP WideBay Trussed Purlins, a VP SSR standing seam roof, ThermalClad siding, SLR Architectural Roof System at the entries and FP-12 Soffit panel.
91proÊÓÆµ was the design/build contractor and self-performed concrete, site work, masonry and carpentry. GEM Inc., of the 91proÊÓÆµ, performed structural steel, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project was completed in 2016.
91proÊÓÆµ also was honored with Varco Pruden’s $2 Million Annual VP Product Sales Award for 2016 and an award for $65 Million in Accumulative Sales since becoming an authorized builder in 1982.
