Early-career position with strong growth opportunity within the 91pro视频. Work with multiple project managers, estimators and superintendents as needed across multiple projects. Ultimately responsible for correspondence to owner/architects, subcontractors, and field associates. Assist in managing projects and developing estimates.

鈥� Document control including submittals, methods statements, safety reports, drawing logs and associated tracking processes
鈥� Meeting minutes development and updates
鈥� Subcontractor coordination

鈥� Contracts administration
鈥� Cost control
鈥� Travel to jobsites as required by PM and/or superintendents
鈥� Customer success and satisfaction
鈥� Ability to react quickly to requests of customers and superintendents
鈥� Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
鈥� Quantity takeoff for estimating
鈥� Working knowledge of blueprints and construction specifications
鈥� Positive attitude and willingness to learn is essential
鈥� Experience in the construction industry preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist project managers and estimators with the following:鈥� Strict adherence to 91pro视频 safety practices and procedures

SKILLS
鈥� Strong computer and smart-phone skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office鈥� Ability to react quickly to requests of customers and superintendents

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
鈥� A bachelor鈥檚 degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management鈥� Experience in the construction industry preferred
